Questions about the app
Is the app free?+
Yes. Downloading the app is free, and so are the GST tools and the first four course videos. Registering a GSTIN uses 1 credit, and the full video library opens with credits or the Standard plan — exactly as on the website.
Do I need a separate account?+
No. Log in with the same email and password you use on the website. Your credits, course progress and GSTINs are the same on both.
Can I file GST returns in the app?+
Return filing, invoices, e-way bills and the scenario generators are on the website, because those screens are built like the real GST portal for a large screen. The app opens the right page of the website when you need them.
Is there an iPhone app?+
Not yet — the app is for Android, on Google Play and the Indus Appstore. On an iPhone, use the website in your browser; it works on mobile too.
Which languages does the app support?+
The course guidance and the GST Story can be read in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu. GST terms and form names stay in English, as on the GST portal.
